West Milford Athlete Brings Home Two Medals from 2026 USA Games
Michael McCloskey returned to West Milford with two medals after competing in the 2026 USA Games Special Olympics, held last week in Minnesota.
McCloskey earned a silver medal in Men’s Singles bowling, finishing as one of only two bowlers in the competition to roll a series in the 600s.
He also captured a gold medal in Men’s Doubles, where he and his partner delivered an outstanding performance, outscoring the entire field.
The West Milford community is proud to celebrate McCloskey’s impressive accomplishments and his success on the national stage.
